Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR CLAIM ANY AWARD. ACQUIRING A PURCHASE DOES NOT ENHANCE YOUR PROBABILITY OF WINNING.

Regulation 1: Award Distribution and Claim Procedures

General Award Framework

Sweepstakes Coins ("SC") that have been successfully played through the promotional gaming platform may be redeemed for monetary prizes in accordance with the provisions set forth herein. Each Sweepstakes Coin holds an equivalent face value, and accumulated SC balances may be converted to cash awards subject to the conditions outlined in these Regulations.

Minimum Redemption Threshold

Participants must accumulate a minimum balance of 50 Sweepstakes Coins before initiating any redemption request. Balances falling below this threshold are ineligible for cash conversion until the requisite minimum is attained.

Redemption Frequency Restriction

Each verified participant account is limited to 1 redemption request per 48-hour period. Any additional requests submitted within this cooldown window shall be automatically declined by the system.

Processing Timeline

Following submission of a valid redemption request, the Sponsor shall process the disbursement within up to 10 business days. Processing timelines may vary based upon verification requirements, banking institution delays, or force majeure circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

Verification Prior to Disbursement

The Sponsor reserves the unconditional right to require identity verification, proof of eligibility, and compliance confirmation before processing any award disbursement. Failure to satisfy verification demands within the designated timeframe shall result in forfeiture of the pending award.

Forfeiture Conditions

Awards shall be deemed forfeited and irrevocably voided under the following circumstances:

  • The participant's account is found to be in violation of any provision of these Regulations
  • The participant fails to complete identity verification within the allotted timeframe
  • The participant is determined to reside within a Prohibited Territory
  • The participant utilized fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative means to accumulate SC
  • The participant operated multiple accounts or colluded with other individuals
  • The participant is determined to be ineligible per the Participant Qualification Criteria
  • The participant breaches any applicable law, statute, or regulation

Tax Obligations

All tax liability arising from awards, including but not limited to federal, state, and local income taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winning participant. The Sponsor may, where required by law, issue tax reporting documentation (e.g., IRS Form 1099) and withhold applicable amounts. Winners are strongly encouraged to consult independent tax counsel regarding their obligations.

Regulation 2: Participation Terms and Comprehensive Liability Waiver

Acceptance of Conditions

By participating in this Sweepstakes Promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Regulations, the Sponsor's decisions (which are final and binding in all matters), and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Regulations.

Release of Claims

Each participant voluntarily and irrevocably releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor (VAMON TECH LLC), its parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, injuries, or liabilities of any nature whatsoever arising from or related to:

  • Participation in the Sweepstakes Promotion or any promotion-related activity
  • Acceptance, possession, utilization, or misuse of any award
  • Technical failures, malfunctions, or interruptions of any kind
  • Human errors in the administration or processing of the Sweepstakes
  • Unauthorized access to or theft of personal data submitted to the Sponsor
  • Any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages regardless of the legal theory upon which such claim is based. The Released Parties bear no responsibility for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or incomplete entries or communications; (b) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; (c) communications line failures or technical hardware/software malfunctions; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any portion of the promotion; or (e) any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device relating to participation.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any third-party claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the participant's breach of these Regulations, misrepresentation, or negligent or intentional conduct.

Right of Cancellation and Modification

The Sponsor reserves the absolute right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes Promotion in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning thereof. In such event, the Sponsor may select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the impairment.

Publicity Consent

Except where prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of an award constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.

Regulation 3: General Provisions

Governing Law

These Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Severability

Should any provision of these Regulations be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Regulations, together with the Sponsor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes Promotion, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations.

Waiver

The failure of the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Regulations shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it at a later time.

Force Majeure

The Sponsor shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet disruptions, power outages, or telecommunications failures.

Communications

All official communications regarding these Regulations shall be directed to the Sponsor at the address specified in the Sponsor Details section of these Regulations.

Regulation 4: Key Terminology and Interpretive Provisions

Definitions

For the purposes of these Regulations, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed below:

"Sponsor"

Refers to VAMON TECH LLC, the entity conducting, administering, and overseeing this Sweepstakes Promotion.

"Platform"

Refers to the Grand Fortune Club website and/or mobile application through which promotional gameplay is accessed and conducted.

"Gold Coins" ("GC")

A virtual in-platform currency utilized exclusively for entertainment gameplay purposes. Gold Coins possess no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and do not constitute consideration for the Sweepstakes Promotion.

"Sweepstakes Coins" ("SC")

The promotional virtual currency utilized to participate in sweepstakes-style gameplay. SC may be redeemed for cash awards subject to the Award Distribution and Claim Procedures established herein.

"Participant"

Any natural person who has created a verified account on the Platform and satisfies all eligibility requirements set forth in these Regulations.

"Prohibited Territories"

Jurisdictions where participation in this Sweepstakes Promotion is not permitted: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and the state of New York.

"AMOE"

Alternative Method of Entry — a no-cost mechanism through which eligible persons may obtain Sweepstakes Coins without executing any monetary transaction.

"RNG"

Random Number Generator — the certified algorithmic system employed to determine all game outcomes on the Platform.

Interpretive Principles

Throughout these Regulations: (a) headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation; (b) words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa; (c) references to "include" or "including" mean "including without limitation"; (d) references to statutes include amendments and successor legislation; (e) where any period of time is specified in business days, weekends and federal holidays observed in the State of Ohio are excluded.

Regulation 5: Alternative Method of Entry Procedures

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN SWEEPSTAKES COINS.

Postal AMOE (Mail-In Request)

Eligible participants may obtain Sweepstakes Coins at no cost via the United States Postal Service by adhering to the following procedure:

  • Handwrite the following information legibly on a 4"x6" white index card:
    • Your full legal name (as registered on your Platform account)
    • Your residential address (street, city, state, ZIP code)
    • Your email address associated with your Platform account
    • Your date of birth
    • Your Platform account username or ID number
    • The statement: "I wish to receive Sweepstakes Coins via AMOE"
  • Mail the completed index card via USPS First-Class Mail to: 850 Euclid Ave Ste 819 Cleveland, OH, 44114-3315 United States
  • Limit one postal AMOE request per stamped envelope; mechanically reproduced entries are void
  • Upon receipt and verification, 2 SC will be credited to the participant's account within 7-10 business days
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, stolen, illegible, or misdirected mail

Online AMOE (Electronic Request)

Eligible participants may alternatively obtain Sweepstakes Coins at no cost via electronic submission:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "AMOE Request"
  • Include in the body: your full legal name, Platform username, and registered email address
  • The Sponsor will verify the requesting account's eligibility
  • Upon successful verification, 2 SC will be credited to the participant's account
  • Limit one online AMOE request per participant per qualifying period

AMOE General Provisions

All AMOE requests are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right to deny any request that appears fraudulent, duplicative, or submitted by an ineligible person. AMOE-obtained Sweepstakes Coins are subject to the same gameplay and redemption rules as SC acquired through any other authorized channel.

Regulation 6: Participant Qualification Criteria

Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation shall result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any accumulated SC balance.

Geographic Eligibility

This Sweepstakes Promotion is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States who reside outside of the Prohibited Territories. The Prohibited Territories are: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and the state of New York. Residents of Prohibited Territories are strictly forbidden from participating, and any awards claimed by such persons shall be void and subject to forfeiture.

Legal Capacity

Participants must be natural persons (no corporate, organizational, or automated entries permitted) and must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Account Requirements

Each participant may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Discovery of multiple accounts operated by or on behalf of a single individual shall result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all SC and awards across all identified accounts.

Ineligible Persons

The following categories of persons are categorically ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes Promotion:

  • Officers, directors, and employees of VAMON TECH LLC (the Sponsor)
  • Officers, directors, and employees of the Sponsor's parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities
  • Officers, directors, and employees of the Sponsor's advertising and promotional agencies
  • Immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and grandchild, regardless of where they reside) of any of the foregoing persons
  • Persons residing in the same household as any of the foregoing persons (whether related or not)

Sponsor Authority

The Sponsor possesses sole and exclusive authority over all aspects of this Sweepstakes Promotion, including but not limited to: interpretation of these Regulations, determination of eligibility, resolution of disputes, selection and verification of winners, and the right to disqualify any participant for any violation of these Regulations. All determinations by the Sponsor are final and binding and not subject to appeal or judicial review except as required by mandatory applicable law.

Regulation 8: Authorized Coin Acquisition Channels

Complimentary Allocation Upon Registration

New participants who successfully complete account registration and identity verification shall receive a complimentary allocation of Sweepstakes Coins as a promotional welcome bonus, the quantity of which shall be determined at the Sponsor's sole discretion and may change without prior notice.

Gold Coin Package Accompaniments

When a participant acquires a Gold Coin package through the Platform, Sweepstakes Coins may be included as a complimentary bonus accompanying the Gold Coin transaction. The SC component does not constitute the object of the purchase — the participant is purchasing Gold Coins for entertainment purposes, and any SC received alongside are a promotional gratuity provided at no additional cost.

Daily Login Bonuses and Promotional Events

The Sponsor may, at its sole and absolute discretion, distribute complimentary Sweepstakes Coins through daily login incentives, special promotional campaigns, social media contests, holiday events, or other marketing initiatives. The availability, frequency, and quantity of such distributions are subject to modification or discontinuation at any time without advance notice.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Participants may obtain Sweepstakes Coins at absolutely no cost through the AMOE procedures detailed in Regulation 5 of these Regulations. The AMOE mechanism ensures that no purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes Promotion.

Referral and Affiliate Programs

The Sponsor may offer referral or affiliate programs through which participants earn additional SC by introducing new eligible participants to the Platform, subject to the specific terms governing such programs as published separately.

Regulation 9: Sweepstakes Coins Usage and Gameplay Provisions

Permissible Utilization

Sweepstakes Coins may be employed exclusively to participate in designated sweepstakes-eligible games available on the Platform. SC cannot be transferred between participant accounts, sold, bartered, or exchanged for Gold Coins.

Gameplay Mechanics

Each sweepstakes-eligible game specifies a minimum and/or maximum SC wager amount. Participants select their desired wager within the permissible range and initiate gameplay. Outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) ensuring statistical fairness and unpredictability.

SC Balance Management

Participants are solely responsible for monitoring their SC balance. The Platform interface displays current SC balance in real-time. Any discrepancies must be reported to the Sponsor's support team within 72 hours of occurrence; claims submitted beyond this window may be denied.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors constitute violations of these Regulations and shall result in immediate disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of all SC and pending awards:

  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage
  • Utilizing automated software, bots, scripts, or mechanical devices to play games
  • Colluding with other participants or third parties to manipulate outcomes
  • Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or any form of financial fraud
  • Circumventing geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification

Regulation 10: Game Odds and Return to Player Disclosure

Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on the Platform are determined exclusively by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG system operates independently and cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by the Sponsor, participants, or any third party. Each gameplay event is statistically independent of all prior and subsequent events.

Return to Player (RTP) Rates

Each game available on the Platform is assigned a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, representing the statistical proportion of wagered SC expected to be returned to participants as winnings over an extended period of gameplay. Individual session results may deviate significantly from published RTP figures, as these represent long-term mathematical expectations rather than guaranteed short-term outcomes.

Game Rules and Paytables

Specific odds, paytables, and rules for each individual game are accessible within the game interface prior to and during gameplay. Participants are responsible for reviewing these materials before committing SC to gameplay.

No Guarantee of Winnings

Participation in sweepstakes-eligible games does not guarantee any winnings. Outcomes are governed by chance through the RNG system, and participants acknowledge the inherent risk that gameplay may result in the complete depletion of their SC balance.

Regulation 11: Winner Verification and Compliance Procedures

Identity Verification

Prior to processing any redemption request, the Sponsor may require the participant to furnish government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address, and such other documentation as the Sponsor deems necessary to confirm eligibility and prevent fraud.

Verification Methods

Verification may be conducted through automated identity verification services, manual document review, video verification calls, or any combination thereof at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Compliance Checks

The Sponsor shall conduct compliance checks including but not limited to: age verification, geographic eligibility confirmation, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and source-of-funds inquiries where applicable.

Response Timeframe

Participants must respond to verification requests within the timeframe specified in the Sponsor's communication (typically 14 calendar days). Failure to respond within the designated period shall result in automatic forfeiture of the pending redemption amount and may trigger account review or suspension.

Discrepancies and Disputes

If verification reveals discrepancies between account information and submitted documentation, the Sponsor reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending awards, and conduct further investigation. Participants found to have submitted falsified documentation shall be permanently banned from the Platform and reported to relevant authorities.

Regulation 12: Third-Party Platform Non-Association Declaration

Apple Inc. Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes Promotion and the services provided through the Platform are not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. in any manner whatsoever. Apple Inc. bears no responsibility for the conduct or administration of this Sweepstakes Promotion. By participating, each participant agrees to completely release Apple Inc. from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes Promotion.

Additional Third-Party Disclaimers

Similarly, this Sweepstakes Promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Google LLC, any mobile carrier, internet service provider, or any other third-party platform, application marketplace, or technology provider. All trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

Third-Party Service Limitations

The Sponsor assumes no liability for any disruption, limitation, or modification of third-party services (including but not limited to application distribution platforms, payment processors, and internet infrastructure providers) that may affect access to or functionality of the Platform.

These Regulations are effective as of their publication date on the Platform and remain in effect until modified or superseded by the Sponsor. The most current version shall always be available on the Platform.
